Profile
Please follow the given steps in order to link with child’s account:
- Login to your Parent Account
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right side of the homepage
- Select “My Profile”
- Click on “Add Child”
- Enter the child’s guardian key (Copy the key from your child’s account)
- Click on “Verify Key”
Note: In order to link with a child’s account, your child’s school must be registered on the platform. Once the school is registered, you will be able to connect your child’s account. (updated)

- Login to your Parent Account
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right side of the homepage
- Select “My Profile”
- On the left side, you’ll see these categories that you can modify:
- Basic Information
- Linked Child’s Account
- Password
- Popup Guides

Follow the given steps in order to change your email address:
- Login to your Parent Account
- Click on the “Profile” icon on the top right side of the homepage
- Select “My Profile”
- Click on the “Basic Information” tab from the category
- Click on the “Change Email Address”
- Enter the new email address and your current password
- Click on “Submit”.
You will receive an email with a link where you should verify your new email.
