Please follow the steps below to find the Guardian Key and link your account with the Guardian’s:
- Log in to your Student Account
- Click on the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the homepage
- Select “My Profile”
- Click on “Linked Guardian Account”
- Copy the Guardian Key and paste the key into your parent’s account to link the accounts.
Note: Your school must be registered on the platform before you can access your account. Once your school is registered and your account is accessible, you’ll then be able to link your account with your Guardian account using the steps above.
We recommend using your valid personal email address when creating an account on Alston Digital. This ensures you receive important updates and information from us without any issues.
Note: Emails provided by educational institutions may sometimes block or filter our messages. To avoid this, please use a service like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.

- Login to your Student Account
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right side of the homepage
- Select “My Profile”
- On the left side, you’ll see these categories that you can modify:
- Linked Guardian Account
- Password
- Credits
- Manage Subscription
- Redeemed Coupons
- Popup Guides
Yes, you can!
Follow the given steps in order to change your email address:
- Login to your account
- Click on the “Profile” icon on the top right side of the homepage
- Select “My Profile”
- Click on the “Basic Information” tab from the category
- Click on the “Change Email Address”
- Enter the new email address and your current password
- Click on “Submit”.
You will receive an email with a link where you should verify your new email.
